Capacity Building in Developing and Managing Collaborations and Movements as a Resource Mobilization Strategy

Women Leadership Development (WLEDE) will hold a two-day capacity building workshop for staff and board members to strengthen skills in building collaborations, managing movements, and leveraging partnerships as a strategy for resource mobilization and program efficiency.

This highly interactive training will:

✅ Enhance knowledge in stakeholder mapping, coalition building, and joint fundraising.
✅ Strengthen teamwork and collaboration between staff and board for greater organizational impact.
