“Annual Youth Leadership Program” over 1,200 youths have been impacted in leadership, human rights and good governance to contribute to sustainable leadership for beneficial permanence.

15% of the youth have become leaders in the private sector and their communities.
An online portal (WLEDERSTEL) was established for the alumni and has benefitted the youth by sharing knowledge, information networking. Also kept in touch with WLEDE for opportunities and guidance.
