WLEDE is a learning organization that is open to retooling its staff to keep them abreast of new trends and cutting edge leadership models. As an organization that wants to be a role model of leadership and good governance, we use the broad-based, practical concepts and approaches of leadership development, good governance combined with practical human rights based approach.
Special focus is given to staff development in aspects of leadership and good governance to maximize the knowledge transfer, succession planning and sustainability of WLEDE. Also ensure that cross cutting issues are given special attention in order to use them as game changers in our journey.
